TOTAL BODY TONING (TBT): Lower body toning circuit class using cardio drills and weight training to target and tone your booty! Time to WERQ!

GET WRECK’D: Get Wreck’d is a revolutionary functional fitness class featuring the amazing product the Wreck Bag (lindonfitness.com). This full body, interval style class combines both strength and cardio based exercises. You will experience both a calorie crushing and muscle building, fat destroying workout! We promise, you will be “wreck’d”!!!

BODY BLAST: This is a Total Body Circuit class using a combo of cardio and free weights For more info please feel free to contact us.

DANCE YOUR A$$ OFF:
Dance Your A$$ Off at Body Rock! If you love Zumba, you’ll love DYAO. This class was created with one goal in mind: TO MAKE CARDIO FUN! Simply follow the instructor in this high intensity dance class where you’ll blast away unwanted calories without even noticing you’re working out! *EXPLICIT LYRICS are played during this class.

BUILD A BOOTY:
Come experience what everyone has been talking about. Whether you’re looking to build up your booty or tone it down, this class is for you! One hour of non stop leg and booty exercises that will leave you with amazing legs and a fit and firm bottom. As we like to say… “If you don’t focus on your booty, nobody else will.”

BOOTY WERQ: Lower body toning circuit class using cardio drills and weight training to target and tone your booty! Time to WERQ!

CRACK OF DAWN: This wild card total body class will have you off to the right start! You never know what you’re going to get, but you can bet on a head to toe workout with no regrets.

BELLS AND BANDS: Total body toning using kettle bell techniques and good old resistance band training. Are you ready to feel the burn?!

AB BLAST: Who doesn’t want a stronger core?! This class focuses on strengthening your core with a little cardio thrown in the mix.

FIGHT NIGHT: This class is back by popular demand! Cardio kick boxing with Body Rock flare. Leave all you’re stresses here!

RISE AND GRIND: The name says it all! Get up and get ready to grind! Circuit training for head to toe toning.

All classes can be tailored for all fitness levels. Please inform your instructor if you’re a beginner or have any need for modifications. We will work with you!
